Ninghai Beirui Plastic Factory was established in 2021, located in Ninghai, Ningbo – the renowned "Capital of Molds in China." Leveraging the region's mature supporting industries for plastic products and mold manufacturing, we have been deeply engaged in the field of plastic product fabrication since our inception. Focusing initially on plastic goods, daily-use items, and toys, we have accumulated extensive manufacturing expertise. In recent years, capitalizing on the booming pet economy and building upon our existing plastic production capabilities, we have strategically expanded our business into pet supplies and pet smart small appliances, committing ourselves to providing pet owners worldwide with high-quality, safe, and innovative products.

Our factory is located at No. 2, Meiwang Road, Meilin Street, Ninghai County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province - a manufacturing base in the Yangtze River Delta with mature logistics and supply chain access. Covering 3000 square meters, the facility runs complete injection molding and product assembly lines, allowing us to deliver full-process manufacturing services under one roof: mold development, injection production, finished product assembly and packing.

Inside the plant, large-span workshops with overhead cranes handle mold handling and heavy equipment; injection molding machines are arranged in pipelined rows for continuous, stable output; and a dedicated warehouse stores raw material in palletized, batch-marked lots to support scheduled production. A rigorous quality management system runs through every stage - incoming material control, in-process parameter monitoring and dimensional checks, and final inspection before packing - so the stability and durability of every product we deliver can be traced back to a controlled process rather than a promise.

With 30 employees, 10 injection molding machines and an annual output of 500,000pcs, we support wholesalers, importers and OEM/ODM partners with dependable capacity, consistency and on-time shipment.

Our production capability is built on a modern injection molding workshop equipped with advanced injection molding machines and a complete set of automated auxiliary equipment.

Automated material handling. Resin is fed automatically to each machine through a centralized conveying system, with dehumidifying and drying units controlling moisture before molding. This removes manual handling from the process, keeps material quality consistent and reduces the risk of defects such as flow marks or silver streaks.

Precision injection molding. Melt temperature, injection pressure, holding pressure, clamping force and cycle time are set and monitored machine by machine, allowing us to hold tight dimensional tolerances on multi-cavity molds and repeat them order after order.

Automated take-out and in-line inspection. Finished parts leave the machine on conveyor lines and are checked for dimensions, weight and appearance right at the production floor, so deviations are caught early instead of after packing.

Capacity and flexibility., we can take on small trial orders, mixed-model runs and large repeat orders, supported by spare capacity and fast mold changeovers for seasonal peaks.

Quality and compliance at our factory are documented, not just promised. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001, and we have completed the amfori BSCI social compliance audit covering labour standards, working hours, occupational health and safety, and environmental practices.

CE - attestation of conformity for EMC and safety requirements

CPC - Children's Product Certificate, tested to CPSIA and ASTM F963

FCC - Supplier's Declaration of Conformity under 47 CFR Part 15 Subpart B
